No it isn’t!
The little detail that most people miss is that the price of Bitcoin is quoted in stable coins - USDT,USDC… and not in fiat / paper US dollars.
There are simply too little fiat/paper dollars collected by the stable coin issuers and crypto-exchanges to cover the current market cap of Bitcoin -> 20+ million bitcoins multiplied by 30–40+k USDx …
It is ok for hedge funds and wealthy corporations to lose, but not ok for pension funds to see investments value evaporating.
